Welcome to the webpage dedicated to the Theory of elasticity course (the lectures are given by Ing. Jan Vorel, Ph.D., winter semester 2024/2025). The lecture takes place in classroom no. A230 every Wednesday from 14:00 to 16:50 followed by the tutorial from 17:00 to 18:50.

Requirements:

Grading : Maximum number of points: 100 = 34 (semester tests) + 66 (final exam)

List of Equations allowed for the exam is available now (see study material below).
Semestr test and exam - first test is scheduled on October 30, 2024, from 14.00 to 15.30, in classroom no. A230 (in the online form using MS Teams if needed). Example of test.
                           - second test is scheduled on December 6, 2024, from 14.00 to 15.30, in classroom no. A230. Example of test.

Exam The first exam term is scheduled from 14.00 on December 18, 2024, in classroom no. A230. Example of theory. Example of practical part.

The final exam will be always held ... as well. The exam will always start at ..., and altogether it will take approx. 3 hours.
To be able to attend the final test, you have to have enough points from the semester test. You also have to submit homework assignments through the web pages and also in the written form for the additional check.
The exam has two parts: (a) theoretical from ... to ...; (b) practical from ... to ... You are allowed to use only clean papers, writing needs, list of equations available on the web pages with homework and calculator during the exam.
